Tasting Note
Dark magenta color. Aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, mulberry and vanilla oak. Palate shows cassis, plum, spice and mint notes with fine structured tannins and a long, savory finish.
Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, slow-braised brisket with tomato sauce. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese char siu or Cantonese roasted beef, Malaysian beef rendang, spicy Sichuan beef.
Production Method
Individual parcels fermented in small static fermenters; some parcels barrel-fermented. Aged ~18–19 months in new, tightly grained French oak hogsheads.
