Tasting Note
Rich dark-berry and cassis core with mulberry, plum, mint and cedar notes; vanilla/oak, chocolate and subtle spice. Medium-full bodied, fine ripe tannins, pointed acidity and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested parcels fermented in small static fermenters; finished and aged in French oak (c.18–22 months) with selective barrel blending for final cabernet–shiraz assemblage.
