Tasting Note

Dense blackcurrant, blackberry and plum with cedar, vanilla oak and mint notes; fine powdery tannins, spice and dark chocolate lead to a long, layered finish.

Roast lamb, grilled ribeye, slow-cooked brisket, aged hard cheeses; Asian pairings: char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), beef rendang, rich Malaysian or Sichuan beef dishes.


Production Method

Small-batch fermentations in static fermenters; finished and aged in French oak (approx. 18–22 months); selected barrels blended into final wine.
