Concentrated blackcurrant, mulberry and plum with mocha, cedar, mint and spice notes. Fine, structured tannins, savory oak and a long, savory finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested parcels fermented in small static fermenters, finished and aged in French oak hogsheads/barriques for ~18–29 months before bottling.
