Tasting Note
Pale salmon pink. Aromas of wild strawberry, watermelon, white peach and subtle florals. Silky, medium-bodied palate with juicy red fruit, bright acidity, mineral undertones and a dry, precise, lingering finish.

Production Method
Estate-grown grapes, organic viticulture; grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, directly pressed or briefly macerated, fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve freshness, minimal oak influence, filtered and bottled for early drinking.
