Tasting Note

Production Method
Hand‑harvested Gamay; traditional Beaujolais vinification with whole‑cluster/partial carbonic fermentation, native yeasts, matured briefly in stainless or concrete, lightly sulfured and bottled unfiltered or lightly filtered.
