Tasting Note
Intense vanilla bean, sweet sherbet and lime zest; fragrant pears and vanilla sponge. Palate shows creamy vanilla panna cotta, buttery shortbread, toasted coconut, almond brittle, apple and sweet oak with a medium, lingering vanilla finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast pork with apple compote, vanilla crème brûlée, aged cheddar, dark chocolate. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, coconut milk desserts, grilled eel (unagi) or mild teriyaki dishes.

Production Method
Small-batch single malt matured in a combination of first‑fill sherry‑seasoned American oak casks and refill sherry casks; bottled at 44.2% ABV. Packaging incorporates repurposed oak chippings from cask production.
