Tasting Note
Bright citrus (orange, lemon) and honeysuckle on the nose, with vanilla, coconut and barley. Palate shows melon, almond, warm scone and subtle oak spice; long, sweet, gently spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: shortbread, aged cheddar, brie, dried apricots, roasted almonds. Asian: miso‑glazed salmon, Peking duck, char siu, mildly spiced Thai dishes, teriyaki‑style pork.

Production Method
Single malt distilled in copper pot stills, matured in a marriage of sherry‑seasoned European oak and first‑fill American bourbon casks; bottled at 44.2% ABV. Sustainable packaging from repurposed meadow cuttings.
