Tasting Note
Nose of butterscotch, vanilla, milk chocolate with citrus and tropical fruit; palate shows vanilla ice cream, berry compote, toasted oak, salted caramel, pecans and warm spice. Medium‑long, gently sweet finish.

Food Pairing
Western: salted caramel tart, pecan pie, aged cheddar, roasted almonds. Asian: char siu (Cantonese barbecue pork), Peking duck, spiced satay, miso‑glazed aubergine.

Production Method
Single malt distilled at The Macallan and matured exclusively in first‑fill sherry‑seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain. No age statement; bottled at 40% ABV.
