Tasting Note
Warm cinnamon and wood spice with orange oil, dried fruits and caramel; palate of candied raisin, fresh fig, dry oak and sweet orange leading to a long, sweet citrus finish.

Production Method
Single malt made from a portion of estate‑grown barley, distilled during a single annual week and matured predominantly in sherry‑seasoned European oak butts and hogsheads.

Produced by The Macallan at the Easter Elchies Estate (485 acres) on the River Spey. The distillery, founded 1824, uses estate‑grown barley to emphasise provenance and craft.
