Deep, sherry‑rich single malt: raisins, fig, treacle, cherry, toasted almonds and warm baking spice, with polished oak and floral whispers. Long, warming finish.

Western: dark chocolate, blue cheese, mature cheddar, roast lamb, sticky toffee pudding. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso‑glazed aubergine, soy‑braised pork, yakitori (grilled chicken skewers).
