Tasting Note
Sunrise-gold single malt. Nose of toasted oak, creamy steamed rice pudding, citrus zest and vanilla. Palate shows lemon and lime, vanilla sponge, toasted coconut, dried fruit and warm baking spices. Medium sweet, warming finish with lingering oak and vanilla.

Food Pairing
Western: shortbread, aged Manchego, dark chocolate, roasted lamb, spiced nuts, dried apricots. Asian: mooncakes, steamed rice pudding, char siu (barbecue pork), pork belly, tempura prawns.

Production Method
NAS single malt vatted from first-fill American ex-bourbon barrels with European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks; natural colour; bottled at 43% ABV.
