Tasting Note
Sunrise-gold single malt: toasted oak, coconut milk pudding, citrus (lemon, lime), vanilla sponge, oat biscuits and toasted coconut. Medium finish with sweet toasted oak and lingering vanilla.

Food Pairing
Western: 70% dark chocolate, aged Manchego or Stilton, roast lamb, smoked salmon, grilled ribeye. Asian: char siu, teriyaki chicken, Korean BBQ, miso-glazed aubergine, rich Thai or Indian curries.

Production Method
Married from first-fill American ex-bourbon barrels and European/American sherry‑seasoned oak casks (some editions include Mizunara); rested after marriage and bottled at 43% ABV.
