Tasting Note
Rich dried fruits, raisin and fig with ginger, orange peel, dark chocolate, toasted oak and warm baking spices; full-bodied, viscous mouthfeel and a long, warming finish with candied citrus and clove.

Distilled from 100% malted barley in copper pot stills, then matured a minimum of 18 years exclusively in Oloroso sherry‑seasoned European oak casks; natural colour, married from multiple hand‑selected casks.
