Tasting Note
Fresh citrus and melon nose with vanilla and honey; palate shows dried fruit, light oak spice, nutmeg and caramel; lingering finish of papaya, toasted oak and gentle spice.

Food Pairing
Western: roasted pork or duck, aged cheddar, charcuterie, dark chocolate or crème brûlée. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso‑glazed salmon, spiced Thai prawns or teriyaki dishes.

Production Method
Single malt from 100% malted barley; matured 12 years separately in European sherry‑seasoned oak, American sherry‑seasoned oak and American ex‑bourbon oak casks, then married and bottled.
