Tasting Note
Sherry-led profile of dried fruits (raisin, sultana), candied orange peel and fig, with toasted almond, cocoa, vanilla and warm baking spices; smooth, medium–full body and a long, slightly spicy oak-toffee finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roasted pork, glazed duck, dark chocolate, fruitcake, blue cheese. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (BBQ pork), Cantonese roasted meats, rich Malaysian laksa (spiced soups), desserts with dried fruits and nuts.

Production Method
Pot-still single malt from 100% malted barley; matured a minimum of 12 years predominantly in Oloroso sherry‑seasoned European and American oak casks; natural color; bottled at c.40–43% ABV.
