Tasting Note
Very pale ruby; bright red cherry, goji berry and baking spice with subtle whole-bunch herb and earthy mulch notes. Light–medium body, vibrant acidity, fine silty tannins and a savory, persistent finish.

Production Method
Indigenous (wild) fermentation with ~10% whole-bunch; open fermenters, ~20 days on skins; matured ~8 months in small and large old old-wood barrels; minimal intervention, unfined and unfiltered.
