Bright red fruits (strawberry, raspberry), rose petal and floral lift, white pepper and saline spice; fine Nebbiolo tannins, light body and juicy acidity with a fresh, slightly astringent finish.

Production Method
Low-intervention, short skin maceration (~16 days), drained and gently pressed to 225L old French oak (mostly old barrels); matured briefly and bottled with minimal filtration.
