Tasting Note
Aromas of black cherry, violet and mountain herbs with cocoa and espresso hints. Plush blackberry and plum flavors, lively acidity, fine silty tannins and a mineral, juicy finish.

Western: grilled steak, lamb, venison, pork chops, quail, medium-strong cheeses. Asian: Korean barbecue, beef bulgogi, char siu, spicy Sichuan beef, teriyaki dishes, yakitori.

Production Method
Hand-harvested old-vine fruit; fermented in small vats with gentle extraction; matured 12–14 months in 35% new French oak and 65% second-use French barrels; certified sustainable.
