Tasting Note
Golden orchard and citrus fruit with brioche, toasted hazelnut, nougat and honey, edged by saline, iodine and chalk. Fine, pearly mousse, vibrant acidity and a long, layered finish—intensely aromatic and complex.

Food Pairing
Oysters, caviar, lobster, roasted poultry, foie gras; sushi, sashimi, tempura, Peking duck, Cantonese dim sum, mildly spicy Southeast Asian seafood dishes.

Production Method
Méthode champenoise with a portion vinified in oak. Extended cellar aging (Vinothèque): roughly a decade+ sur lattes, years sur pointes, then additional aging after disgorgement.

Maison Louis Roederer, family-owned since 1776; Cristal created for Tsar Alexander II. Vinothèque bottles are long-cellared, prestige releases from Roederer’s own Grands Crus, overseen by the house’s cellar team.
