Tasting Note
Dense black cherry, blackberry and cassis with toasted coconut, cedar, clove and sage; mineral/iron notes and dried lavender. Full-bodied with firm yet velvety tannins and a long, mineral-laced finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi or galbi), char siu, Sichuan-style beef, teriyaki steak, miso-glazed eggplant.

Handpicked Monte Rosso fruit; 100% Cabernet Sauvignon; fermented and aged ~28 months in mostly new oak (approx. 75% new French, 19% new American).
