Dense cassis, black cherry and plum with black licorice, espresso, dried herbs and iron-driven minerality; full-bodied, concentrated with ripe, velvety tannins and a long, savory finish.

Production Method

Hand-harvested and sorted; cold-soaked up to three days; fermented in open-top fermenters, pressed in a basket press; malolactic in barrel; aged ~26–27 months in French and American oak (majority new).
