Tasting Note
Powerful Napa Cabernet with wild blackberry, crème de cassis, shaved chocolate, toasted oak, cinnamon and cedar. Full-bodied, plush black fruit, grainy yet polished tannins and a long oak-driven finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged cheddar. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi/bulgogi), Cantonese roast duck, char siu, spicy Szechuan beef.

Production Method
Small-lot open-top fermentations with punchdowns and pump-overs, extended maceration; aged ~19 months in primarily air-dried French oak (≈83% new).
