Elegant, perfumed Volnay with red cherry, raspberry, violet and light earth/spice notes; silky texture, soft integrated tannins and a lingering, saline-tinged finish. Now approaching maturity.

Western: roast duck, beef bourguignon, mushroom risotto, roast lamb, aged Brie. Asian: Peking duck, char siu or roasted pork, soy-miso glazed mushrooms, Korean BBQ (bulgogi).
Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; gentle extraction/destemming, indigenous yeasts, aged 15–18 months in French oak with limited new oak, minimal fining/filtration.
