Tasting Note
Morello cherry, wild strawberry, blackcurrant and blueberry with forest-floor, black tea and subtle spice; medium-bodied, polished tannins, fresh acidity and a long, precise mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, mostly destemmed, cold soak and natural fermentation in stainless/enamel tanks; gentle extraction, aged 16–18 months in large casks/barrels with ~10–30% new oak; minimal fining/filtration.
