Tasting Note
Deep purplish red. Aromas of blackberry, plum, black licorice, violet and spice. Full-bodied palate with creamy, sweet tannins, clove and orange-zest accents, blackberry preserves and a long, silky, spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled lamb chops, roast beef, churrasco, chorizo, aged Manchego and hearty stews. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Sichuan beef, char siu, rich Malaysian or Indian curries, yakitori and spicy noodle dishes.

Production Method
Garnacha and Syrah vinified separately (cold pre-ferment for Garnacha; whole-bunch/low-temp for Syrah). Fermented in small stainless-steel tanks and matured in stainless (≈10–12 months) prior to bottling.

Part of the "Locos por el Vino" project from Bodegas Alto Moncayo (Miguel Sanmartín, Sergio Chueca, Chris Ringland), made from younger vineyards around Tabuenca, Fuendejalón, Ainzón and Borja in Campo de Borja.
