Tasting Note
Straw-yellow with golden highlights. Aromas of white flowers, yellow stone fruit, citrus, vanilla and spice with mineral hints. Palate is warm, full-bodied, elegant, rich and persistently long.

Western: gratinated scallops, shellfish pasta, salt-crusted sea bass, beef carpaccio, roast or spit-roasted chicken, aged hard cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, mild Thai coconut curry, miso-glazed fish, grilled Korean/Chinese seafood dishes.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; gentle destemming and cold maceration in the press. Controlled-temperature fermentation partly in oak barriques; aged 8–10 months in wood, blended in stainless steel and bottle-aged ~1 year.
