Tasting Note
Straw-yellow with golden highlights. Aromas of peach, apricot, honeydew and floral notes with vanilla, toast and spice. Palate rich and enveloping with ripe orchard fruit, creamy texture, balanced acidity and a long, elegant finish.
Food Pairing
Western: grilled salmon, roast chicken, seafood pasta, scallops gratin, beef carpaccio, soft-aged cheeses. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, sushi/sashimi, dim sum (scallops/prawns), Thai coconut fish curry, yakitori.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; gentle destemming and cold maceration in the press. Fermented in new oak barriques at controlled temperature; aged 8–10 months in wood, blended in stainless steel and bottle-aged about one year.

Family-owned Livon estate founded by Dorino Livon in 1964. Single-vineyard Braide Alte (Ruttars, Dolegna del Collio) on Ponca marl/sandstone soils; regarded by the family as a 'Grand Cru' site.
