Tasting Note
Straw-gold color; aromas of dried apricot, yellow peach, citrus peel, white flowers and gentle spice. Warm, full-bodied palate with lively acidity, mineral/saline notes and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes vinified separately with cold maceration; fermented and aged in Allier oak barriques (controlled temperature), blended and rested in oak before bottling.
