Tasting Note
Fresh citrus and grapefruit zest with white flowers, passion fruit and pear. Medium-bodied, saline minerality, subtle oak and toasted hazelnut notes; crisp acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Short skin maceration (2–12h) for Sauvignon varieties, pneumatic pressing (≈2.5h); 70% fermented in temperature-controlled vats, 30% in barrels; aged on fine lees for ~6 months with regular bâtonnage.
