Tasting Note
Ripe blackcurrant and blackberry with violet, cedar and black pepper. Medium-bodied, fresh acidity, plush rounded tannins and subtle oak spice; smooth, slightly savory finish.

Production Method
Manual harvest with double sorting; stainless-steel fermentation (15–22 days) at controlled temperatures; malolactic fermentation and 13 months in French oak (≈20% new); fined with egg whites.
