Tasting Note
Bright cherry and plum with rose petal, blood orange, pressed violet, savory herbs and tobacco; silky, refined tannins, lively acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, wild boar ragu, duck, tomato-based pasta, aged Pecorino, grilled steak. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, Sichuan pepper beef, mushroom hotpot.

Production Method
Destemmed Sangiovese fermented in stainless steel with 30–35 days maceration; aged ~18 months in 500–600L French oak tonneaux (≈50% new).
