Tasting Note
Silky, plush Merlot core of dark plum, black cherry, cocoa and cedar with orange‑zest and spicy tobacco. Supple yet firm tannins, bright freshness from the older vintage, medium‑full body and a long cedar‑spice finish.

Food Pairing
Grilled ribeye, roast lamb, filet mignon; Western game sauces. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean barbecue (bulgogi), beef rendang.

Production Method
Small‑batch vinification in micro‑cuves/stainless steel; barrels from three consecutive vintages blended into one cuvée; élevage in new French oak before bottling.
