Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, black cherry and raspberry with crushed pepper, graphite, cedar, dark chocolate and leather. Dense, muscular palate, ripe gripping tannins and a long, spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled steak, roasted lamb, braised beef, aged Pecorino or Parmigiano-Reggiano. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Szechuan-style beef or spicy Chinese braises.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Cabernet Franc; ~20-day maceration/fermentation in stainless steel or concrete; aged 14–18 months in French oak barriques (majority new), then bottle-aged.
