Tasting Note
Perfumed black cherry, blackberry and plum with lavender, eucalyptus/menthol, tobacco, leather and dark chocolate. Fine-grained tannins, lively acidity and a long, savory finish with herbal and mineral accents.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled lamb, roasted beef, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, soy-braised short ribs, mushroom-based noodle dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Cabernet Franc; macerated and fermented in concrete vats (selected yeasts, ~12–20 days, temps ~20–26°C), then aged 18–24 months in French oak barriques (predominantly new), followed by bottle aging before release.
