Tasting Note
Light, elegant rosé with wild strawberry, sour cherry and raspberry aromas, chalky minerality, refined silky texture, bright acidity and a long mineral finish.

Production Method
100% Pinot Noir; ~18-hour skin maceration, fermentation and malo; matured ~24 months in 400L oak (and acacia) barrels; bottled Nov 2022 (1,572 bottles).
