Concentrated blackcurrant, graphite and cedar with truffle, tobacco and espresso notes; dense, savory mineral core, powerful grainy tannins and a long iron-tinged finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed, fermented in temperature-controlled vats with extended maceration; malolactic fermentation and ~18–20 months ageing in French oak barrels (high % new oak).
