Tasting Note

Mature Pauillac with blackcurrant, dried plum, cedar, tobacco, leather and graphite; vanilla and mocha from oak. Firm but softened tannins, savory mid-palate and long, dry finish with mint and truffle hints.


Food Pairing

Western: roast ribeye, leg of lamb, venison, beef Wellington, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (galbi), Sichuan braised beef, Indonesian beef rendang.


Production Method

Traditional fermentation with extended maceration; estate-bottled and aged ~18–24 months in largely new oak barrels sourced from the 'l'Enclos' plots.
