Tasting Note
Blackcurrant and blackberry fruit with cedar, dark chocolate, graphite and subtle floral lift. Medium–full-bodied, ripe powdery tannins, bright acidity and a long mineral-tinged finish.

Western: roast lamb, grilled ribeye, braised venison, duck à l'orange, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), braised short ribs, umami-rich mushroom hot pot, Cantonese roasted meats.
Production Method
Gentle vinification by infusion with cold pre-maceration and extended cuvaison; aged 18–20 months in French oak barrels, casks and amphoras.

Second Growth (1855) Margaux estate (~120 ha). Owned by MACSF since 2011; recent technical direction under Axel Heinz with vineyard reconstructions and modernised cellars.
