Bright citrus, green apple and white-peach with subtle tropical hints, saline minerality, lively acidity, medium-plus body and a clean, persistent unoaked finish.

Whole-bunch pressed; juice settled 24h; fermented in stainless steel (~15°C) with selected yeasts; malolactic blocked; aged six months on fine lees; unoaked; screwcap closure.
Vineyard Info
Mas La Chevalière (owned by Michel Laroche since 1995) is a 45 ha estate in the Orb Valley with limestone soils. Winemaker Géraud Blanc leads production; estate pursuing reduced yields and organic conversion; fruit supplemented by trusted local growers.
