Tasting Note
Bright nose of honeysuckle, green orchard fruit, lemon curd and gooseberry. Palate shows pear, melon and orange zest, crisp acidity, minerality and medium-plus body with a lingering, concentrated finish.

Grapes from Peyroli and partner growers; whole-bunch pressing, juice settled ~24 hours, stainless-steel fermentation (~15°C for ~12 days), unoaked and rested on fine lees; bottled under screwcap.
