Tasting Note
Medium-bodied Saint-Julien: blackcurrant and blackberry fruit with cedar, tobacco and floral notes; bright acidity, polished fine tannins and a long, gently spiced finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, plot vinified; fermented in large oak/temperature-controlled vats, malolactic conversion, then aged c.12–18 months in French oak (c.50–60% new).
