Tasting Note
Coastal peat smoke, sea-salt and citrus peel up front, with honeyed malt, vanilla and dark‑chocolate notes; medicinal/menthol accents and an ashy, long smoky finish.

Production Method
Distilled in copper pot stills from 100% malted barley dried over peat; matured eight years in refill American and European oak barrels; bottled at 48% ABV.
Vineyard Info
Lagavulin Distillery (Islay), established 1816 and owned by Diageo. The 8YO debuted as a 200th‑anniversary release (2016) and joined the core range in 2017; sibling of the famous 16YO.
