Tasting Note
Powerful peat smoke with maritime iodine and seaweed, layered with dried fruit, sweet vanilla, tobacco and oak. Warming, full-bodied and long smoky finish.

Western: grilled steak, smoked brisket, strong/blue cheeses, dark chocolate, oysters, smoked salmon. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, yakitori, Korean BBQ, spicy ramen, soy-marinated grilled dishes.
Production Method
Single malt Scotch from peated malted barley (~35 ppm), copper pot still distillation with slow cuts, matured a minimum 16 years in mainly ex-bourbon and some sherry oak casks.
