Tasting Note
Medium-bodied Saint-Estèphe: blackcurrant, damson plum, violet and cedar with iron/mineral accents; supple, fine tannins, balanced acidity and a slightly savory, earthy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, grilled ribeye, beef stew, beef bourguignon, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (grilled beef), Sichuan-style beef, Malaysian beef rendang.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Bordeaux blend; fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, malolactic in barrels/tanks; aged ~16–18 months in French oak (c.50–55% new).
