Tasting Note
Fresh Atlantic Mencía: red cherry, raspberry, floral and herb notes, black pepper and granite minerality. Medium-bodied, silky with fine tannins and bright acidity; clean, food-friendly finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roasted pork, grilled lamb, mushroom risotto, charcuterie, pulpo a la gallega. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese char siu, yakitori, grilled teriyaki chicken, mildly spicy Sichuan dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel; aged ~12 months in stainless steel. Organic, low-intervention viticulture.
