Tasting Note
Straw-yellow Godello showing apple, pear, white flowers and bay leaf, with saline minerality, bright acidity, smooth texture and a slightly bitter, dry finish.

Hand-harvested; whole-bunch gentle pressing; spontaneous native-yeast fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel; no malolactic; aged 4 months on fine lees in steel without bâtonnage; organic, low-intervention.
