Tasting Note
Bright cherry, cranberry and boysenberry with floral, mineral and licorice notes; dusty fine tannins, stony granite minerality and a persistent, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested field blend; spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in small oak vats; aged 12–15 months in large oak foudres; EU organic viticulture.

Ladeiras do Xil is Telmo Rodríguez’s Valdeorras project (since 2002). Falcoeira A Capilla is a 2.75 ha south-facing single vineyard on steep granite terraces, replanted and low-yielding.
