Perfumed Margaux: blackcurrant, plum and violet with cedar, tobacco and espresso notes. Medium–full body, silky grainy tannins and dark chocolate on a long, spicy finish.

Roast lamb, beef or duck confit; hard cheeses and mushroom risotto (Western). Peking duck, char siu pork, grilled teriyaki beef or spicy Szechuan dishes (Asian).
Production Method
Hand-harvested, fermented in stainless/temperature-controlled vats, matured 15–18 months in French oak (≈40% new); classic Bordeaux élevage; 2019 first vintage in new cellar.
