Tasting Note
Pale-gold, aromatic white with pear, white peach, lemon zest and honeysuckle, wet-stone minerality, creamy apricot mid-palate and subtle baking spice; long, elegant finish.

Western: grilled/roast fish (sea bass, cod), scallops, lobster, creamy seafood pasta, roast chicken, mild goat cheeses. Asian: miso-glazed cod, sushi/sashimi, Thai green curry, prawn stir-fry, yakitori.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented and aged ~6 months on fine lees in stainless-steel vats; no malolactic fermentation; vineyards farmed organically (AB).
